Jason and his wife Kim have been inundated with carloads of food lovers every weekend wanting to gorge themselves on berries picked straight from the bushes. Hundreds of people flock to the farm each week to drink strawberry cider, eat strawberry inspired desserts and ice-creams, and just enjoy relaxing in a beautiful setting. Cooloola Berries is en route to Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay so it's a great place to stop in if your heading out for a day trip that way.

Jason’s passion for strawberry farming spans three generations. Despite the economic challenges of strawberry farming Jason was undaunted. The family began building on the earlier success of selling premium strawberry varieties at local farmers markets. In 2007, Jason purchased a 10 acre rose farm in Wolvi. His wife Kim, supported the development of the family business. Jason’s passion for growing the best produce is stronger than ever. One of the greatest achievements has been opening the gates of the family farm, welcoming visitors and offering a taste of the region.

Cooloola Berries is a working strawberry farm, located on Queensland Sunshine Coast. Our 10 acre farm is a destination, enjoy a country drive and discover the Cooloola region a Biosphere, adjacent to the Great Sandy Biosphere - the world's only two adjoining biospheres. The farm is 45 min north Noosa (via Kin Kin Rd) & 20 min east Gympie (via Tin Can Bay Rd).

Great fun. Beautiful view and farm. Kind people. Best coffee and breakfast. I took a lot of beautiful pictures of strawberry farm and was feeling so comfortable and enjoyable. strongly recommend for the family activity and breakfast was great!

Jason and Kim were very welcoming and genuine people who treated us like special guests. The strawberries were delicious and the small cafe provided amazing food. Absolutely worth the drive there which had a beautiful scenic route!

Beautiful drive to a lovely little family farm, with a great cafe and gift shop. The kids 7 and 5 loved picking strawberries, and having a play in the cubby house and sandpit, while Mum had a cheeky cider. Bees in the lavender fields, ducks escorting you through the fields. A lovely day. Get in early to get the best berries! Looking forward to a Sunday there soon.
