Què farem?

When we travel there can be a lot of walking to do. So, it is imperative to not be in pain while are on a fun vacation.
In this demonstration, Jacob will show you the Four Step Points that your feet need to touch in order to achieve pain-free walking. Jacob will go over how issues like low back pain, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, knee pain, achilles pain is created.
Then he will assess how you walk and give you pointers on what you need to do to achieve pain free walking.
Other things to note
Be prepared to leave with the knowledge of how to be pain free.

My girlfriend and I took this class during our PNW trip so we could better handle hiking around Mt Rainier and Olympic National Parks. Jacob is very knowledgeable on the subject, and quickly identified improvements we could make. We spent the rest of the time practicing and discussing the reasoning behind the suggestions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their walking and strengthen their core/posture.
