Què farem?

We will meet at the famous brandenburg gate. After a short introduction you will tell me what you train for, at what level you are and what issues you might have. Some information you might give me in advance. And then it just starts. We go at a moderate pace suitable for a long run. There are lots of interesting sights to see and stories to tell about Berlin, the history and everything else. So it wont get boring.

The plan is to go for 25 km. However, we can adapt the distance even during the run if necessary. Most of the time there is a subway, urban railway or bus station close to our route in case we need to change plans.

I am a passionate runner and certified running coach. Whenever I travel for business or privately I love to explore the city by running. There is no easier way to feel home away from home. It also offers the chance to see a city and its history from a different perspective. Sometimes you might be in the middle of the preparation for your next race. You need to do long runs or intervals but dont know a nice route for some 20 km or a stadium with tartan track. Therefore I offer this experience.

On aniràs?

On our route we will pass many interesting sights and historical places. Starting at the Brandenburg Gate we make the first some five kilometres at the Tiergarten, the biggest park in town. After this we will run down to the River Spree and follow its path for some time. After 25 km we end at the starting point.
