On aniràs?

Yanaka is an old town survived from a big earthquake occurred in 1923. In the old town, there are numbers of temples and one of the biggest cemetery in Tokyo which is also famous for great cherry trees are located. The town is simply great for walking but we will sample various local food in a local shopping street and try sake tasting, and visit an old cafe for craft beer. Kids are also welcome to this fun daytime tour! Come hungry!

Chika was absolutely great! She took us to see very local suburb, local snacks and to cool down in very old looking cafe / bar with tatami mats. Super friendly and caring. Very cool tour!

Our family of four, including two teenagers, really enjoyed this experience. As my daughter said: She was helpful, friendly and very informative while keeping a chill environment. It was appropriate for all ages and tastes and kept us all engaged. We had been in Tokyo five days already but learned more of Japanese customs, culture, language and food during this tour than in all that time. On a very hot day, the tour had well-timed stops to cool down and rest. Chica was very accommodating to our daughters and adapted the tour to suit their preferences. She was so personable, and there was zero language barrier; she spoke English so well. We really enjoyed seeing the “suburbs” of Tokyo, experiencing some of the older areas of the city, and sampling foods we would not have otherwise tried. We would definitely recommend this tour with Chica to anyone visiting Tokyo for either a short or extended stay.
