Què farem?

Learn how to make homemade pasta and tiramisù easily and successfully. If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you how to create RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE of different shapes in a suggestive place. We will cook in our organic restaurant all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces and then we will taste all the pasta. We will give you organic local wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar. At the end of the experience, each participant will receive instructions in English to prepare the pasta at home, easily and successfully.

I am Ferdinando, owner of a farm called Luna d'Agerola. We make fresh pasta while our mother and our grandmother have taught us and we will share with you all the secrets of working with flour and water. Our family owns an organic farm where we produce wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables that you can enjoy in our restaurant as a conclusion of the experience.

Wonderful experience which we booked last minute as a rainy day activity - better than we ever could have expected. Ferdinando was friendly and professional. Experience was easy to get to with a bus directly from Amalfi. Would recommend!

If you've ever wondered how Italian food is made, or how it tastes so good, yet made from the most simple ingredients, then this is an experience for you. Plus, of course, you get to taste what you've helped prepare. You get to write up his process, and actually experience doing all the steps in creating this pasta-based meal and tiramisu dessert. All the food is organic, and prepared from local ingredients, without preservatives. Bon appetit! We'll be back for sure Ferdinando.

Ferdinando was an amazing host. We had an incredible experience learning to make home-made pasta and tiramisu while hearing about their agritourism operation and the traditions Ferdinando grew up with. To top it all of we got to enjoy the creations and feasted on ravioli, tagliatelle en tiramisu with complimentary home-made wine (both the white & the red are delicious)! Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time learning to cook with Ferdinando! We have three boys aged 8,6, and 4 and they loved the experience too! We highly recommend this experience to those looking to learn and for families wanting to experience a new culture and learn together to form lasting memories.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time meeting Ferdinando and his sister. The cooking class was fun and he involved everyone. The food was amazing and the view from our walk was breathtaking. This was a great way to immerse in Italy’s culture and meet a beautiful Italian family.

Ferdinando is excellent! He offered tastes of the ingredients as we prepared the dishes and we could taste the difference of the fresh, local ingredients. He was very hospitable, bringing us caffe before we began and driving us back to the bus stop after so we didn't have to walk in the pouring rain. He also patiently answered our many questions about cooking. We felt like we had an authentic lesson and we would highly recommend Ferdinando's experience!
