Què farem?

For the first half of our musical journey, we will: 1. Talk about Tampa's musical heritage; 2. Touch upon the main historic music landmarks; 3. Discuss the big names in music that have called Tampa home. 4. Mention their impact nationally / internationally; and 5. Offer teasers about our other musical experiences such as visiting one of our top Tampa luthiers (guitar/violin builders) to experience what it takes to make an instrument, and also visiting prominent recording and performing venues as well as our Dinner and a live show experience.
For the second half, guests will enjoy our live duo performance where you will enjoy a variety of instrumental covers performed by Alicia and Cesar. Occasionally, local musicians and singers drop by and make guest appearances. Guests are encouraged to bring their instruments to jam along. We will hold a raffle for those that follow and like us in IG and FB: @alisarviolin

Cesar is a formally trained pianist and guitarist that has been playing the local scene in Tampa, FL since 1994 at some of the best local venues like Ruth Eckerd Hall, Ritz-Carlton and Don CeSar Resorts, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Janus Live, to name a few. He has also recorded for several artists at Panda Recording, Emerald City Recording, Morris Sound recording amongst others.
Leiby is currently playing 1st chair violin with the University of Tampa Orchestra as a community member. Classically trained with a BA in Music and 18+ years of experience playing different orchestras around the world.
Cesar is a formally trained pianist and guitarist that has been playing the local scene in Tampa, FL since 1994 at some of the best local venues like Ruth Eckerd Hall, Ritz-Carlton and Don CeSar Resorts, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Janus Live, to name a few. I enjoyed the violin very much. I have never heard contemporary-music represented in this way. It was great to hear the song with the violin while I sang in my head. Very cool experience!

Simply amazing, I was blown away by the experience. They are so professional and friendly. I loved the music. The location was also very clean and well designed.

Enjoyed the event and both Caesar and Alia are excellent musicians. I was expecting a jazz performance after the slide show on the musical history of Tampa- instead it was mostly popular music. However, the song mixes were enjoyable since they were all popular songs. One suggestion is to perhaps find out the musical interests of the attendees and tailor the show accordingly. It would be great if some jazz could be thrown in. Alia especially was impressive on the violin and I felt that she carried the musical performance and Caesar was very good on the musical history and especially on the bass guitar. Overall a fun experience.

Aktiviteten måste beskrivas bättre på nätet så man vet vad man får för pengarna. Bättre vägbeskrivning måste till. Ingen Suite var angiven. Vi hade betalat sek 688 för 2 personer för 2 timmar. Vi körde runt i ca 1 timme innan vi lyckades hitta ett telefonnummer att ringa. Då först fick vi fullständig adress. Så vår sk upplevelse blev knappt 1 timme. Bildvisning och historia om Tampa plus musik av två personer. Vi var de enda i ett litet rum. Musiken var mycket bra men vi kände oss besvikna då vi betalat så mycket pengar.
