Què farem?

We will meet at the steps of the Five wells square and drift into an adventure in which you will fall in love with my beautiful hometown. Zadar has many interesting streets and picturesque corners. I will show you bohemic and narrow streets of Varoš and take you to an espresso or a taste of Pelinkovac, a liquor traditionally made in Zadar (there's even a punk song about it). A 3000 years old city has rich history and art and let's have a bite of that together.
We'll pay a visit to a church that made big historical transition and is now hidden behind a caffe, I'll tell you a story about "Zadar triangle" where evenings dissapear without a trace in fun and music... You'll take selfies at the most beautiful Zadar mural, learn how and why Zadar was almost completely destroyed twice during history, only to rise up like a phoenix in the following years.

On aniràs?

We will walk through the streets of Zadar central part - the peninsula. Majority of our visit takes place outside, even our drinks at the end of the tour take place on a street terrace in Varos. I will show you the biggest cathedral in Dalmatia, a hidden church, a very special mural and a very local caffe where I sometimes come for a break.

I have booked this tour as a group experience. Taking on account unfortunate situation with COVID-19,it was only me. So I had individual tour with the wonderful guide Marija. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and passionate about her home city of Zadar. Marija spent with me nearly 3 hours walking along the streets of Zadar full of history and beauty, though the tour according the schedule is for 2 hours. She was willing to answer any of my questions much biwuond of the subject of the tour! Her command of English is excellent! She is very charming and intellectual person with gentle nature. I will highly recommend to have a tour with her in wonderful city of Zadar!

Très bonne excursion avec Marija. Nous avons fait le tour de la vieille ville de Zadar. Elle a une connaissance parfaite des lieux et les partage avec passion. Elle est très amicale et nous avons pu faire plus ample connaissance autour d’un verre à la fin de l’excursion. Marija était une personne très sympathique et amicale. We really recommend taking this tour if you ever come to Zadar. It was a fun experience, it makes it so much more interesting walking around town when you know about the history of the city. Half of the fun was sitting down and talking with Marija. She really made it feel like we were walking around town with a friend.
