Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Pennywood Garden Cottage

A detached cottage set in four acres enjoying a secluded position on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The medieval village of Dunster is a 10 minute stroll away with pubs, restaurants, small shops, tea rooms and Dunster Castle (NT). The area is ideal for woodland, coastal and moorland walks. Minehead is a few miles away with its beach, shops, golf course and steam railway. The owners live in the adjacent cottage and are pleased to welcome you and be of any help during your stay.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Pretty Cottage & Private Garden Dulverton, Exmoor

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few minutes' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. There's free, off-street parking. During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table.

Lovely Oare hideaway

A lovely cosy hideaway, with direct access to Exmoor, the Doone Valley and beyond! The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

Daisy Cottage

Daisy Cottage is located in the North Devon region. The property is around 38km from Lundy Island, 39km from Westward Ho!, 34km from Tiverton Castle and 15 mins drive to Exmoor National Park. Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Peace and Tranquillity -Hot Tub- Dog Friendly

Secluded cottage with breathtaking 360° views across the Blackdown Hills AONB. Bright, airy and beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, utility room and spacious conservatory. Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

1 Coastguard Cottages

1 Coastguard Cottages is one of a terrace of five Grade 2 listed houses built in 1877 for the Admiralty. It is situated on the edge of Minehead bay with panoramic views over the Bristol Channel to the islands of Steepholm and Flatholm and the Welsh coastline. It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.

Wonderfully situated in the heart of Exmoor

Situated at the head of a stunning valley surrounded by fields and woodland and our super friendly farm animals. Stable Cottage is a 20 minute walk from Exford which is a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs, and shop. We are centrally located in the National Park and so make a great base from which to explore the miles of stunning walking. Only an hour from the fabulous North Devon beaches of Croyde and Saunton Sands.
