Easy to find location in a leafy close, just off one of the main arteries into Exeter City Centre, 1 mile away. The Nuffield, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and County Hall (Devon County Council) are a 10 minute walk away. The nearest cafe, pub, shop and takeaway are a 5 minute walk away with a multiple main route bus stop just outside.

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Situated in a quiet location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The private garden has ample furniture for two people with a picnic table for dining, BBQ with charcoals, firepit and lighting for the summer nights.
