A light bright one-bedroom apartment in Victoria Park. Close to public transport, the CBD, Curtin University, cafe's and shopping.
My apartment is on the top floor of small complex of 15. It is up two flights of stairs and there is not a lift. We can arrange to give you assistance moving luggage up and down on arrival and departure. However, if climbing stairs is difficult my apartment probably isn't going to be suitable for you.
Victoria Park is a lively suburb close to the CBD and Crown Casino. My apartment is a 10 minute walk from a supermarket (Woolworths), pharmacy, cafes and licensed premises.

I enjoyed the short walk down to the shops and that it was a good solid walk from the South Perth ferry.   • Airbnb review Danielle made booking in to her spacious unit easy and quick. The unit is a great size, very clean and well equipped. Kitchen is stocked with little extras such as eggs, bread, milk, butter, jams and condiments as well as tea and coffee so you can start your day with a great breakfast. Free undercover secure parking and free wifi are added bonuses that make you feel that bit more at home. Would highly recommend this cosy clean home away from home.

  • The check-in instructions were very clear and easy, plus the location is very accessible to Uber and just a 5-10 mins walk away from Albany Hwy where all the restaurants and stores are located. Ines is a very helpful and patient host, who totally deserves her status as a Superhost! Definitely recommending this; especially to those who wish to stay in a quiet urban neighborhood while not being totally isolated from the city.

    Room I is large and can cater for up to 2-3 people for reduced fee of $230per week. It is fully equipped and newly carpeted. Room 2 all though still large is suitable for 1 person. Bathroom is between the two rooms.
    My home is modern, light and open. It has a nice feel as soon as you enter, with its open living area and private sleeping area. The yard is small and green with a sitting area and spa. This area Perth has every thing that will make your stay a happy one. It is quiet, safe and friendly. Walking distance to most places desirable.
    The neighborhood is very quiet an lush with greenery. Has a higher socio-economic population and safe place to live with plenty of parks,close to restaurants, city and river nearby. Best location in Perth for everything .

Bus 910 will take you straight to the new Optus Stadium to watch the footy or go to a concert. The bus station is only a 5 minute walk away.

  • The TreeHouse - Australian Hospitality at its Best! Without a doubt, staying at Ashley and Eileen's TreeHouse in Kensington made our trip to Perth, Australia, memorable. The accommodation was everything we needed during our visit to Perth: comfortable bed, excellent self-catering options, air-conditioning, washer and dryer, and spacious bathroom. The treehouse is also conveniently located, within walking distance from the Swan River, a couple of minutes drive from the CBD and a 10-minute drive from the airport. It was, however, Ashley and Eileen's hospitality that set them apart. They made us feel at home immediately, wholeheartedly welcoming us to the home, sharing travel tips, and providing us with all the necessary tip-bits about the surrounding neighborhood, Perth, and the region. We highly recommend future visitors to Perth to pay Ashley and Eileen's TreeHouse a visit.

  • Generally clean and is in a great location!. However, Be sure to note that it is beside a noisy, busy highway and super king bed is not super king, just a king bed. Remember to get or bring basic amenities such as tissue, paper towels, hand towels, umbrella as they don’t provide any. Front gate was held together by a string when we stayed there, be careful if you have young children playing in the small patch of grass outside.

Its a comfortable open plan apartment which is fully equipped (kitchen/laundry/linen etc) You’ll love my place because of the central location, the views & easy accesibility (walking distance) to the City, including a bus stop at the doorstep with direct routes into the City and to Fremantle..     The proximity to the city centre, the city foreshore and Crown Casino, makes it a perfect central location for attending any events within and around the city The apartment has a spacious open plan living and dining area. It also has 2 bedrooms- both have queen size beds in them
    The proximity to the city and all the city has to offer in regards to entertainment, it is approximately 5 km from the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 3kms from the Perth Arena, less that 4kms to the Hay Street mall and the city shopping precinct and less that 1km from the Crown Casino.

  • Lyn’s charming house is EXACTLY what we need on our escape from big, big city living. The house itself is incredibly decorated and her photography adds to the warmth and charm. The garden is huge with so many fun little areas to wander and drink wine in. Aesthetically the place is a perfect getaway, but what truly makes the place is Lyn herself. The soft touches...cold water in the fridge, eggs, yogurt, granola, bread, etc....Nothing was overlooked. As restaurant owners who pay attention to details we appreciate when others do too! We will definitely stay with Lyn next time we need to travel into the city. She was a fantastic host who welcomed us with a wonderful brightness, showed us through the cottage and made us feel more than welcome. Cottage was very private even though close to main home and we certainly felt like were in a a French provincial garden. Just gorgeous!

  • As a local, I booked this place for relatives to come visit me but have their own retreat close to the city. There was great communication from the outset. The pictures don't do the setting justice of how the different spaces to sit, muse, entertain and relax tie together, with such grace, utility and creative intrigue. Everything was thought of with luxurious bnb standards complete with artisan provisions for breakfast/ refreshments. We were totally relaxed. It's really close to the walk paths around the city, the city buses and the really cool hub of bespoke bars and restaurants of Victoria Park. Lyn is wonderful and full of tips. I will be bringing my next visitors here as well.

  • This place checks all the boxes for a perfect Airbnb accommodation. Lyn was very thoughtful and hospitable. Every part of the house was sparkling clean and suitable for our 9mo to wander. He was even provided toys, books and a baby bath. Bedsheets were super comfortable to sleep on so much so that we considered asking her where to get the same bedsheets (but did not because we got a little shy)! We also enjoyed Lyn’s beautifully taken pictures around the house and just chilling in her garden. Lyn was available to answer any questions we had (or just chat - without being intrusive) and provided lots of information and suggestions which were very on point. Staples were provided in the fridge with everything you need for cooking; we were also in a great location with ubereats and good food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would 100% recommend this place / stay there again.

  • the unit is clean. washing machine and dryer is very useful during the wet weather. all kitchen appliances working. pots, plates, bowls, cutleries etc available. beverages, cereal and biscuits provided. my daughters loved mungbean ( resident cat ) visit in the morning and night. very quiet place, we hardly met anyone except Agatha who stays in double storey in front. located near Albany highway is perfect. 24/7 IGA Preston is nearby and good. MacDonald and Oporto is within walking distance. we had wonderful stay at Agatha's villa. she is nice lady :).

  • My small family (husband and 19 month old son) thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Perth. The visit was made more comfortable by staying in this 2 bedroom self contained villa. Perfectly located 800m from the Swan river, where we cycled and ran every day, coveniently close to restaurants and cafes of south Perth, 15 minute drive to the city and 5 mins drive from Curtin University (reason for staying). The area was quiet and also only 17 mins from the airport. The villa is also toddler friendly and my son enjoyed hanging out with the resident cat. Agatha, our host was lovely and very thoughtful, even suppling some staple foods and baby wipes for our son. Overall, we were more then satisfied with the villa and would recommend it to anyone visiting Perth.

    This is a very conveniently located three bedroom fully self contained street front villa. A small car port and a super location are hallmarks of the property.
    A reverse cycle air-conditiner in the main living area and cooling in the master bedroom. Two minor bedrooms (one with a double, the other a single bed) and the semi-enuite shower has a separate bath. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay - just bring your suitcase. A small outdoor patio area with bbq, table and chairs provides a relaxing area to escape the hustle of city life yet it only minutes away.The villa is within a few minutes walk of the Swan River and is very close to the Victoria Park bus transfer station. There is a Woolworths supermarket close by as well as a number of take-a-way outlets on nearby Berwick St.
    Nestled on the shore of the Swan River less than 2km East of the Perth CBD, Victoria Park is a residential inner suburb of Perth. Bars and Cafes line Albany Highway which for much of the length through the suburb has been turned into a 40km/h local street.
  • Kathy was very responsive via text to our questions before and during our stay. The home suited our family perfectly. Very clean throughout, fully functional kitchen (with gas hob!) and well presented, without unnecessary furnishings that prove stressful with three young boys exploring a new place! Very small yard space but short walk to many parks and playgrounds. Close to bike paths along Swan River. 2min walk to outstanding coffee round the corner at Hampton and Maley.

Prompt communication, a willingness to assist at real short notice and a great apartment really gave us peace of mind at a trying time - thank you! Everything was as described - if not better, and the apartment is centrally located which makes getting around Perth a breeze.     Federation style 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Victoria Park - a central location close to Perth CBD and everything Perth has to offer. Master bedroom has ensuite with spa bath. The house has two lounge rooms both with TVs and formal dining area. All the creature comforts including reverse-cycle air-conditioning, large backyard with alfresco area complete with BBQ & POOL. Standard things like WIFI, double size fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.
    A lovely friendly neighbourhood with lots of things to do and see. Great restaurants, cafe and shopping strip in walking distance, lovely park across the road, walking distance to the Swan River with beautiful parks, walking distance to the city. 24 hour gym down the road as well as McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, KFC and more... Victoria Park bus transfer station is conveniently located at the end of our street.

  • Stacey's place is in a perfect location for accessing most areas we wanted to visit. A short walk to the beautiful river and not too far along to the ferry across to the CBD. The property had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable for a longer stay. Great to have a decent outdoor garden space and plenty of room to park. Stacey replied quickly to all my messages. Perfect stay in a perfect place with a great host for our first visit to Perth. Would highly recommend it .

  • Stacey was very accommodating to our request as our flight landed at wee hours. She is very helpful and thoughtful. She responded to all our doubts, even to things like "how to run the Dryer". Though the windy weather blown lots of leaves into the pool, but our kids love the pool alot. They simply cannot resist not going into the pool and went swimming on Day 1 of stay even though the weather is around 22 degC. Large space. My kids even mentioned wanted to come stay again in Aunty Stacey's place if we are to come Perth again.

    The townhouse is nestled among beautiful homes in a suburban street 6 mins drive to Perth Crown and 10 to the CBD. Its design & location will cater well for holiday or business trip. Walk to bus stop, cafes, shops, parks/river. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the river from which you can begin your 10km round the river walk passing beautiful parks, the Bell Tower, Elizabeth Quay, and many cafes along South Perth Foreshore. For golfers, Collier Park Golf Course is only 7 minutes drive away.
    It is a roomy double story townhouse with the master bedroom on the second floor. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and a separate shower. The ground floor is an open plan living area with 2 bed rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who want to cook their own meals just like at home.
    The villa is nestled in a quite suburban street and within walking distance to Victoria Park dining strip. Take a pleasant walk to your meals, parks and Swan River. Or jump on the bus for a short ride to Perth CBD, Elizabeth Quay and for more entertainment Crown Perth is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a little cafe two doors down the street that is very convenient to grab a quick breakfast if you are a business traveler on the go.

  • Be welcomed to a lovely, clean and modern townhouse; in a convenient location with local shops and the stunning river, both within walking distance. Beds were comfy, shower pressure great and heating was very affective - all super important for a winter stay! Upstairs was very spacious and like a little retreat, with very large walk-in robe and bathroom; and the downstairs rooms both had plenty of space. It was safe and secure, and I would highly recommend it for either a short holiday, or extended work stay!

In a safe, quiet area, close to city and universities. Good transport routes nearby. Shops, restaurant & supermarket walking distance. Golden rule is - "Mutual respect for each other"
    Nice part of Perth with many parks and tree lined streets, cafe strip near by and a short walk to the Swan River foreshore. Middle to upper class people live here. Safe friendly nieghbourhood.
    Safe part of Perth to live with higher Socio income population. It is an older area with much greenery , parks and barbecue picnic areas . Many amenities also near by. 10 minutes to city centre and public transport to all areas near by .
  • Hi Future Travelers, Angelina has a wonderful, clean space to stay in. I have some negative things to say, but they might be mostly for me or for people from the US. Let me start with the positive: 1. Clean room, clean house. 2. Comfortable bed. Private room. Desk in room for study or work. 3. Wonderful dog. 4. Angelina is a good cook, though she under-rates herself a lot. Over two weeks, I enjoyed every meal but one. 5. Friendly person. 6. Really convenient to shops, cafes, bus-line into Perth proper. 7. Nice easy stroll to south side of the river with a path to bike or walk along. Now, some negative things. Remember, a lot of these might just be because I'm from the US and not used to Australian ways. Though some of them are due to other things. 1. Cannot cook your own food. You can pay Angie $10, which is cheap in the area, and she will cook dinner each night. Worth it, but also inconvenient not to cook your own food. 2. If you are an older person, like myself, she still treats you like one of her students--boys and girls who are studying for college and stay there. Often, she called me a "good boy" or said I was "well-trained." I found this wording demeaning; I'm 50. 3. Cannot do your own laundry, and Angelina only does laundry for you once a week. There may be a laundry nearby, but I didn't find it in my walks. 4. No Air Conditioning. She has an evaporator. It does not produce cold air, it only takes out water from the air. It does not have any effect on the bedroom, at least where I stayed. I had to sleep with the window open. While Angie lives in a quiet neighborhood, a dog barks behind her. Also, next door, a toddler live who was out every morning at 6:30 and crying. Why is a toddler crying every morning? Obviously, Angie had nothing to do with the toddler, but needing to keep your window open for some coolness is necessary. I don't think she understands how hot that room gets.
