Our beach house is 'As Close as it Gets'! We are located right across from the beach entrance and in the heart of the strip. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

This quaint, well-maintained cottage is a perfect getaway to the beach. Located a short walk down a private drive to our community lake access, it has a fully fenced backyard and patio with grill, three bedrooms, well-appointed, updated eat-in kitchen, charming dining room, cozy living room with working fireplace, and a comfortable family room. You are five minutes from Evangola State Park, and close to Sunset Bay, SUNY Fredonia, Brooks Memorial Hospital, and Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff.

There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
