Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

This 230 square foot studio/tiny home comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 guests and is close to restaurants, shops, parks and the University of Oregon. It is within walking distance to several wonderful eateries including; Laughing Planet, Falling Sky Delicatessen, Sweet Life and Tacovore . You'll find our studio to be comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you'll need!

The neighborhood is quiet, filled with trees and within minutes of restaurants and markets. The Willamette River and its extensive path system is just outside the front door.

Our 1 bedroom is fully stocked with everything you need and then some .... The house is the original homestead and has kept that charm. You will have a private bedroom with a cozy King size bed with all organic linen/cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen ( coffee,tea & cream provided),full bathroom, W/toiletries ( shower has two seats and hand bars, no tub ). Living room area has a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, dining table, fireplace & TV w/ steaming device.
