When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

The 2nd bedroom listed is actually the living room since it has a full bath. We have a queen air Mattress and 2 comfy beds that fold out. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This place is close to everything.

Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake.
