Come home to a queen bed, stocked kitchen, and cozy living space for reading, working, or unwinding. Whether you're here for a getaway, UVM event, medical visit, or extended stay, we hope the Roost feels like home.

This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

*New art! It hasn’t been photographed but it’s on the walls! Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Welcome to our Cozy Second-Floor unit in downtown Burlington, VT! Located in the historic Old North End, this private apartment is upstairs in our 200 year old house! The space is quirky but offers comfort and convenience. It’s a short walk to great food, drink, and entertainment, and a 15 minute walk from the Church Street Marketplace. Warm and inviting space, thoughtfully designed with books, games, smart TV to accommodate guests and pets for a comfortable stay. Massage available downstairs!

Heat pump - heat/cool, LR with pullout single sofa, 32" smart cable TV and wifi, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of light all overlooking small brook. Light breakfast items are provided. La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.
