The unit has been remodeled with a new kitchen and living room furnishings. Easy parking lot with vehicle plug-in. It's a building with 3 other units, and it welcomes guests. Easy access to major highways, close to the Fairbanks l Hospital, and Fort Wainwright. The City transportation is also very close to the property.

It is walking distance to the Ice Carving Championships, Creamer's Field, Farmer's Market, Cookie Jar Restaurant and the Tanana Valley Fairgrounds. It is a block to the city bus stop, 1 mile from the railroad, and 6 miles to airport. Aurora is visible when active! Private entrance, laundry, and no shared spaces with lower apartment.

This studio-for only one person. Is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the city where Northern Lights can be seen during the months we get darkness. We do recommend researching northern lights strength ahead of time. There are 2 grocery stores, a clothing store, several eating establishments, banks, an outdoor mini mall, a used clothing store , a U-haul rental store, and a bike path. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk away. The airport is a quick 10 minutes drive away.
