Dogs are welcome, our policy excludes cats. We also have two other units available in this bldg. The Delta Loft and the Delta Nest ! Small one bedroom ground floor apartment. Handicap accessible bathroom. This unit has a Private fenced side yard, a full size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room. Here is a well kept secret. Located on the second floor of the historic Ogden House less than a block from beautiful Ludington Park in Escanaba. Featuring a three season deck with great views and a hot tub.
