Hiking on the prairie is a wonder-filled adventure. The adobe-covered strawbale cottage is quiet, cozy, with a large window seat to read a book, or take a nap. Full kitchen. Bath includes shower and composting toilet.

The Round House

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This 5 bedroom home has 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 kids room with twin bunk beds, and a game room with a basketball set up and pull-out futon. Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

No expense was spared when this beautiful home was remodeled so you’ll experience modern luxury with historic charm. A backyard with a grill, firepit and Adirondack chairs provide another great place to gather, along with a front porch. (Note, there is a staircase to the basement with no door, not suitable for small children or bring a baby gate.)

Located close to downtown Perry with easy access to Stillwater, you're not far from your destination while still having your own space. Compact and stylish, our kitchen offers a few cooking options for those who prefer to stay in and fix a meal. Or set out behind the cottage and watch the sun go down over Cow Creek for a relaxing evening. We are located right on 86 hwy while convenient there is some traffic, and an occasional train can be heard at the property.

Six Points Lodge

This unique and memorable place was hand built by family that resided there. It has been a functioning family farm since 1936. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others what makes The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our farm currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for.
