Welcome to our private studio, suitable as a work space or a vacation get-away. Guests have full use of the Pool, Hot Tub and BBQ in the backyard, which is a shared space with us. The studio is part of the house, but not shared, and has a private entrance and patio area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, the beach and popular downtown area are a 5 minute drive.
