Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood near the Tunnel of Trees, Pond Hill Farm, downtown Harbor Springs, 8 minutes to Boyne Highlands and other top northern Michigan attractions. LUXARY HOT TUB INSTALLED JULY 2025. Upright piano and ukulele. House = approx. 2,800 sq. ft. You must let us know if you would like to bring 1 dog or an 8th person. Guests must be comfortable with stairs.

We are 8 miles from Petoskey State Park which has a huge, beautiful beach. This home has a large deck perfect for gathering/barbequing. This home is in the quiet community of Bay Shore Estates which is a manufactured home community. Dogs are welcome but see below for breed restrictions ($25 flat fee).

There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
