Our house is an updated 3 bedroom 2 full bath manufactured, loacated on a landscaped half -acre parcel. There's easy access & ample parking. We have a covered deck, seating or eating area, & yard horseshoe & fire pits.Our house is a gateway to Olympic National Park's Elwah,Sol Duc & Hurricaine Ridge entrances . Its a quick two minute ride to Lake Sutherlins public dock & nine miles to Crescent Lake, Marymere Falls Trails or Spruce Rail Trail. Come to see Bella & Edward or Boat/Bike Races.

Soak up the sun on the huge deck located on Lake Sutherland. We get more sunshine on our deck than about 99% of lake! The way the sun sets leaves most of the lake in the shade...except for our deck! The two homes each have their own driveway and are separated by fencing for privacy. Aptly named, Eagleview has sweeping views of Striped Peak, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Vancouver Island in Canada. And eagles can be spotted soaring overhead, their white heads and tails flashing in the sun.
