Our small A-Frame is nestled in the mountains between beautiful Port Angeles and Sequim, Washington. Our location offers you a central stay to many of the Olympic National Park activities. While the A-Frame is very near our home and has two neighboring houses slightly visible it resides in a private nook amongst the trees. We share a driveway, but you have a designated parking spot. Outside you can enjoy your private deck, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, chicken coop, or walk down the gravel road.

Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!

Our off-grid A-Frame camp sites are the perfect and dry alternative to sleeping outdoors. Bring your own bedding, camp gear and enjoy the dense greenery and old growth timber. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Port Angeles, Salt Creek Recreation area and beach and Lake Crescent!
