Close to popular Crumps Landing Restaurant. The Riverside Marina is nearby to launch your boat. There is ample parking for a boat trailer. Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

Old Homosassa! Relax on the water in this charming canal front cottage. A little piece of heaven sits on a canal from the Homosassa River, with nearby gulf access. This three bedroom, two bathroom cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy all the nature and activities this area has to offer! Bring your small boat for our dock and your golf cart to our recently remodeled and updated home away from home! A short walk to so many activities. There are so many wonderful things to do here!

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Nature’s Getaway- 💯 Remodeled Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Waterfront - Kayak to Springs with manatees !

This property is on a freshwater canal that connects directly to the Homosassa river. You can kayak/boat, even swim to the springs in < 5 minutes. 2 kayaks plus a paddle board are on site. Fort Island Gulf Beach is a 10-15 min drive. New outdoor pavers and fire pit built in 2026. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft upstairs that is intended to sleep lots of children. Ideal set up is 3 couples downstairs 5 kids upstairs. Plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer.
