York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Family/ friends, Male or Female groups welcome. This is our family home which is yours to use whilst we are away. It would suit a large family or two families coming together for a weekend away or holiday. Guests are welcome to use the trampoline and climbing frame in the garden, the gym and office space. There are also toys and books to suit a range of ages. One of the double bedrooms with ensuite is downstairs which would also suit families coming with elderly or less mobile relatives. Our home is 20-30 minutes outside of York.

Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
