Es un departamento fresco, amplio (40m2) y con iluminación natural. La construcción se compone de un 60% de concreto y un 40% de madera. Puedes disfrutar de un descanso desde el balcón y apreciar la naturaleza. Por ser un lugar tropical el agua de la regadera se encuentra tibia durante el día. El departamento esta ubicada en una colonia muy tranquila y se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando a la playa del Amor, también se encuentra a 5 minutos de un risco en la cual, puedes apreciar el mar.

Resource with nature, calm and isolation! The closest town, Puerto Angel, is just 5 minutes by car. The coolest beach in the Pacific, Zipolite, is 20 minutes away. Rent a car at Huatulco international airport, only 40 minutes away! Not for people with mobility issues (stairs, paths).

It's located on the bay of Estacahuite just 5 minutes away from Puerto Angel (a small fishing village) & 40 minutes from Huatulco Airport. This listing is for the bungalow on the rooftop (3rd floor). It includes the entire rooftop (300 meters), open-air bedroom, dining space, and bathroom. The ocean view from the house is unforgettable.

Please note that there are no services within walking distance, but a lot of nature and two beautiful beaches - ideal to relax and chill. There are also a couple cool hiking trails. You will have a professional kitchen at your disposal and a small infinity pool.
