This is a great neighborhood that is within minutes to Heavenly Village and the Stateline, and just a 5 minute walk to El Dorado Beach and Reagan Beach. Just a few minutes away you can walk to a popular wine bar and cafe, breakfast and coffee shops, a market, sandwich shops, antique stores, and much much more. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful weather and welcoming sounds of Tahoe.

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. ❤️❤️ Lakeview home is the perfect Tahoe getaway. 30 seconds from the lake, 5min walk to restaurants/bars, Casinos & Heavenly Ski resort just up the road. A Lake View Deck, HotTub , Bikes, Paddle boards, Fast Wifi, private work areas. 6 adults max, but lots of kids allowed. Wolves Den at Holly’s Place

The Wolves Den at Holly's Place is a comfortable and cozy studio with a private patio and view of the grounds. Dogs must be friendly and get along with other dogs and guests! (Sorry---No aggressive breeds such as pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, huskies) Dog fees are $30 per night per dog. Guests will find a queen bed, kitchenette, private bath and more in the Wolves Den. Access to full grounds.
