! L'habitació és petita i íntima, amb parquet, la mida de l'habitació és de 3x3 i el bany és de 3x1,60 metres. L'habitació 1 i l'habitació 2 es troben a la planta superior i tenen una terrassa comuna amb sofàs, taules i gandules. A la planta baixa hi ha una gran cuina equipada amb tot el que necessites i una gran terrassa amb sofàs i taules davant d'un jardí de 250 metres amb gespa i flors i 2 gronxadors! Les habitacions 1 i 2 tenen aire condicionat. La distància fins al centre de la ciutat és de 5 minuts a peu i fins al mar és d'1100 metres, 15-20 minuts a peu! Hi ha minibusos freqüents i també hi ha un tren! L'estació de tren està a 10 minuts a peu! La distància al llac Techirghiol Therapeutic és de 4 km! Les habitacions 3 i 4 tenen un bany privat a la planta baixa i les habitacions 6,7 i 8 tenen un bany compartit i estic davant del jardí. Oferim esmorzar gratuït (cafè exprés i croissant Segafredo). Pots servir productes casolans: pizza mitjana amb productes italians (mozzarella, parmesan, proscciuto, arugula) 40 lei! Pots demanar dinar o sopar! El preu és de 40 lei per persona!

Està completament reformat, els banys són nous! Té parquet! El vidre de l'habitació és gran, però és fosc a causa de la terrassa superior. És molt fresc a l'estiu i càlid a l'hivern! Pots demanar dinar o sopar! El preu és de 40 lei per persona!
