Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. The original schoolhouse for Edgemere that was built in 1898 and converted to a residential home/marina in the 1950s. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house. Additional Pirate & Mermaid Bath House on property will be available by end of May 2024.

The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.

This is a beautiful street level unit that is exclusively AirBnB use, separate entrance on street level. Note that weekends in the neighborhood are very busy and sometimes loud, it's a popular area and this unit faces the street. Light sleepers might get awakened.
