Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. Situated less than 10 minutes drive from the famous Eden Project and within easy reach of the beautiful harbour towns of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Walkers can enjoy the beautiful coastal paths with many pubs and restaurants along the way. Bus routes and Par Railway Station are within a mile.

9A is a modern converted studio apartment with an open plan design and comfort of the guest in mind. A perfect place to enjoy the old local town with a selection of restaurants, pubs and a mini supermarket all within walking distance. The river is a short walk from the apartment and is a beautiful place to sit by. Beautiful countryside walks are also nearby. 9A is a 5 minute walk to the train station, making it easy to get around Cornwall or to arrive to from anywhere in the UK.

Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station.
