The main room features a double bed and a sofa, a coffee table, a small TV (with cable) and a desk that can be used as a working place or a dinner table. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available) of a beautiful ancient and quiet building in one of the fanciest neighbourhood of the city (between the lake and the train station). The city center ("The Place Saint-François", the Cathedral and the main shopping area) can be reached in only 10-15 min. by walk or 3-5 min. with the subway. Appartement au bord du lac Léman, de petite taille mais tout refait a neuf, avec une piscine privée de l'immeuble, un parking privé pour une voiture, une plage privée au bord du lac, par contre il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, notamment pour aller en Suisse ( assez éloigné de l'aéroport de Genève ou de la ville de Lausanne, avec des bouchons fréquents). Les déplacements en transport en commun sont compliqués et peu développés.
