Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Seasonal breakfast ingredients provided, but we are afraid you'll have to cook them yourself! Tea and coffee making facilities also provided. Fresh milk and bread will be in the fridge when you arrive.

We are close to the beautiful circular river Avon walk, and the deer park on Bredon Hill.
