Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing. The cottage in a great location.

A spacious Grade 2 Listed Dutch Style harbourside merchant house which has been split into two homes. You will be renting our home which spans across the first and second floors. It has been recently refurbished and has wonderful views of the harbour. There is a garden out the back with table and chairs. Close to the main town, beach and amenities of Weymouth. Dogs will be charged at £20 each per booking, please let me know if you are bringing your dog with you.
