Halfpenny Cottage

A chocolate-box thatched cottage, set on the babbling Budleigh brook. This pretty mid-terraced house is a half hour walk through a beautiful nature reserve to Budleigh Salterton, with its beach, the coast path and amenities. East Budleigh is a wonderful village, with a great community-run pub, a church, a shop and adjoining boules court and playpark. The cottage has two bedrooms -the double (with shower room) and a single. The sitting room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.

Nearby the Jurassic Coast at Ladram Bay or the seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. For city attractions, Exeter has everything you could wish for. A great base for exploring this area of east Devon.

Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.
