Centrally located (10 minute walk to The Parade) yet in a quiet residential area, this is the perfect bolt hole for a peaceful stay in Leamington Spa. Fully self contained with its own private courtyard garden allowing you to dine ‘al fresco’ if the weather allows. Leamington Spa is a vibrant town with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. When you’ve enjoyed the town, the Coach House provides a little oasis of calm.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . The construction company responsible for the conversion won a Federation of Master Builders regional award for the work. Described in the Daily Telegraph of 29 June 2019.

Quiet location but only 100m from the Earlsdon high street with an abundance of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and only a stones throw from the city centre and Coventry train station. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay and with a great fully enclosed garden you can bring your furry family member too. This modernised mid 1800’s cottage has 3 bedrooms and family bathroom and lots of character. With a dining and fully equipped modern kitchen and small utility room it’s a great place for a break. The village of Snitterfield has a pub and very well stocked village shop and play ground for younger children.
