TIMS' CABIN at Alaska Cozy Cottages 1 bdrm/1 bath

A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. You’ll hear children playing, sheep baaa-ing, goats bleating, chickens clucking, and turkeys gobbling, but mostly during feeding time. If you ever wanted to milk a goat or bottle feed some lambs and goat kids, we got you! Need some down time? We’ve got a hot tub! For bedtime, relax in a king bed, a queen reclining/adjustable bed, or make yourself at home in our full sized pullout couch.

Lakeside Sunrise Cabin on Knik Lake-2 bedrooms.

The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pet(1 dog maximum) pet not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

Back on Airbnb after several years of long-term tenants. This is a beautiful, modern home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Anchorage, Rogers Park. The home is central to everything in Anchorage and only a few blocks from the popular Chester Creek bike trail, which connects to the other expansive network of paved bike trails throughout Anchorage. Several years ago, the home underwent an expansive remodel and was fully updated with top-of-the-line furniture and appliances.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Has a king bed, plus a sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, and a kitchen with daily essentials. All the things you need for a quiet, quick and easy stay. You are close to anything and everything. It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.
