Boston House is a small, quirky but comfortable property in the heart of Duns, the county town of rural Berwickshire in the Scottish Borders. The house was rebuilt in 1893 on the birthplace of Thomas Boston, a famous 18th Century writer, clergyman and influence on Robert Burns and is a listed building.
A delightful self-catering holiday cottage, with wood burner and well equipped kitchen, in a convenient yet secluded location close to the centre of the small town of Duns. Ideally situated for outdoor pursuits, local wedding venues or exploring the Scottish Borders towns, abbeys and beaches.
Close to Duns Castle, Wedderburn Castle and the Jim Clark Room. We are offering a twin bedded room in a private house on the edge of town with private parking and views over the adjacent meadows. Very quiet and peaceful. The second bedroom is not bookable independently, but can be booked if the party comprises four people. Guests are welcome to relax in the Lounge (with TV) which will be theirs exclusively during their stay. Breakfast is served in the Sun Lounge.
