Conveniently centred between the city of Perth and popular tourist destination Dunkeld, this four bedroom spacious home is excellent for family/friend getaways. There is free parking on premise and all the home away from home amenities you could need. Perfect for exploring Scotland's amazing cities and towns, with a regular bus route on the doorstep and two nearby train stations. Our amazing Scottish home is just over an hours drive to Edinburgh or Glasgow and has many rural sights nearby too.

Kerrycroy: A hidden gem in Highland Perthshire!

South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

New 4 bed house, high spec in stunning location.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

Semi-rural detached spacious house, stunning views

A fantastic ‘home from home’ with excellent access to all that the beautiful county of Perthshire has to offer. The main house sleeps up to 11 and the annexe can accommodate an additional 4. The house has plenty of space including a large garden with views of the River Tay- a beautiful walk quite literally on your door step. The large living/dining room is perfect for a family or friends get together. Excellent transport links, 1 hr to Glasgow or Edinburgh, Dundee 20 mins & Perth 5 mins.

Knockfarrie Cottage

Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

This beautifully appointed, spacious cottage is light and airy yet delightfully snug in winter. Explore the lovely surrounding Perthshire countryside or simply relax and enjoy the space. My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! We are also set up with good wi-fi for working from home Downstairs is a sitting room with study desk and dining room. Both have open fires. Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.
