Faiche an Traoin (Faish an Trown) means Field of the Corncrake, birds that once inhabited this area. It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

Luib house is centrally situated by the roadside and at the foot of Glas Bheinn Mhor with breathtaking views over Loch Ainort from every bedroom. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and families. Guests can walk across the road and down grass to the shore which takes approx 5 minutes. The house has the feel of a traditional croft cottage with all the amenities of the modern day. The nearest village is Broadford which is a 10 minute drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

The homes are a short 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge and offer a centrally located base from which to explore the island. A supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, plus a pharmacy & fuel station are conveniently located in Broadford village, a 7 minute drive away. Key attractions including Portree, the Old Man of Storr, the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery are all approximately 30 - 40 mins away.

HANNAH’S COTTAGE

With its distinctive red roof and beautifully finished stone walls Hannah’s Cottage is the perfect couple's retreat on the romantic Isle of Skye. Traditional farmhouse located in the crofting township of Torrin, Isle of Skye. Sleeps a maximum of 4 in 2 bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room, cosy sitting room, washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility room. Oil central heating and a wood burning stove. Not suitable for mobility issues as the bedrooms are upstairs or for overly tall people as the doorways are low!
