Located just 5 minutes walk away from the train station it provides a great base for anyone visiting the city or the surrounding area. Our home has a ground floor courtyard and kitchen and on the first floor you will find the living room, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house is available to our guests during their stay and while we cant provide private parking there are 2 car parks just nearby.

The apartment shares its main entrance with the flat across the hall (13C) and is all yours for the duration of your stay. Bright and cheerful ensuite studio flat on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Great views of Helvellyn and High Street. Lake District hikes, cycling or sightseeing within a few minutes. There is a small well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave for preparing light meals. The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.
