U dvorištu se nalazi bazen s plitkim dijelom za djecu, idealan za bezbrižno uživanje svih generacija. Oko bazena se nalazi prostor za sunčanje s ležaljkama, vrt, voćnjak, dječje igralište s ljuljačkama, toboganom, dječjom kućicom, stolni tenis, potpuno opremljena ljetna kuća s kaminom. In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.
