Sunsets and sea views. A beautiful apartment in Margate in Fort Paragon on the 3rd floor. There are gorgeous sea views from the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. This unique apartment is right next to the Margate Lido and the beach. We are close to shops, cafes, and bars. We are also a short walk to Margate town (7 minute walk to the Turner gallery). A great location between town and Cliftonville.

It is located in what used to be the Arcadian Hotel built in the 1800’s and later converted into flats. Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour. The flat has lovely high ceilings and is light and bright and will be presented immaculately clean. The sunsets which flood orange/pink light into the flat are amazing. All the attractions of Margate are a short walk, for example the Turner gallery is two minutes away.
