Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. Cozy Studio Suite

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)
