Our newly listed campus bungalow sits on Kentucky street just down the hill from the University of Kansas. Nestled on a corner lot, within walking distance to the Wheel, Hawk and Bull. Around the corner from Dillons grocery store and just a short drive to campus and Mass street. Walk to the up-and-coming Barker neighborhood and grab fresh baked goods and an artisan coffee.

The Bait Shop, close to KU and downtown!

The bait shop is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It’s very cozy and quiet. It’s a short walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. We recently added an outdoor patio area with a barbecue grill for your enjoyment!
