The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. Welcome to our pet-friendly home in Tahoe! We took a modern approach to a traditional ski house, with mid-century furnishing and updated bathrooms and amenities. Just 20 minutes to Palisades or Northstar. 10min away from Truckee downtown and 5 min drive to Safeway. The condo is part of Tahoe Donner which has access to amenities like snow play, cross-country skiing, trails, gym, pools with additional cost. The Snow Play area is just across the street! Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

When you arrive you will be welcomed with a guest snack box and bottle of wine prepared just for you.

Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic.

A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
