Located in a quiet village, four miles from the historic market town of Louth and 10 miles from the nearest beach. It has its own entrance and a secret courtyard garden; a well-equipped kitchen, with a full range of appliances; a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower; a cosy living room with a woodburning stove and space for dining. A king- and a twin-bedroom are upstairs.

Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking.
