Stylish Luxury Cottage close to the Coast

Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Upside down style with high ceilings and stunning coastal views (sitting room upstairs, bedrooms downstairs). Minimalist but homely with Scandi type style. Enclosed garden with views over fields. Perfect to watch sun go down. House suitable for dogs and small children with gate fitted at top of stairs.

Paman Cottage is near all the delights of the North Norfolk coast. Brancaster Beach is less than 10 minutes drive. Wildlife enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice, with RSPB Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham close by. Visit The Maltings at Wells-next-the-Sea to enjoy cinema, live music and drama performances. Fine dining can be found in nearby Burnham Market and many local pubs. Shoppers will enjoy the independent boutiques scattered along the coast. A visit to the Heacham Lavender is a must.
