The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. Ithaca is a beautiful, rugged and untouched place which welcomes visitors with its simple pleasures. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach.
