The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

The house is located in the quiet mountain neighborhood of Meadow View Estates but only about 10-12 min from the charming downtown of Franklin, North Carolina with plenty of activities to keep you and the family busy. The entire upper level is yours with its own private entrance. Access requires steps. Parking is the only shared space since the lower level has a permanent resident.
