Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

This in 2023 build, luxury design appartment, is located on the ground floor of our mansion in a beautiful, quit street in Amsterdam IJburg. The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). A comfortable kingsize bed and bathroom with separate toilet. Free WiFi, mini-bar, coffee and tea.

Tram 26 to Amsterdam Central Station and bus 360 to Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena are nearby. It is a new neighborhood so there is a lot of construction going on. Fortunately, you will not notice any of that once you are within my apartment. I have a very friendly cat, Tony, who will be there :).

My cozy place has all the necessities you might need during your Amsterdam stay and a very green vibe. It's about 10 min walking distance from 3 different metro lines ( Duivendrecht and Venserpolder stations) taking you to the centre.
