Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Allandale Bush Retreat

A nice relaxing bush setting,on a lifestyle block, that also has farm animals.( chickens, ducks & sheep). There is seasonal fruit to pick from our trees, such as apples pears & feijoas. You can have breakfast outdoors with the bellbirds or a barbecue in the evening. We are only an hours walk along a beach track to the local Otorimiro(Governors Bay) hotel , or else it is 5 minutes drive. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the Port Hill walking tracks and mountain bike trails.

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

Close to Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay Golf Club, tennis courts, Church Bay & Diamond Harbour restaurants/bars, a supermarket and only 30 minutes from Christchurch. With drive on and additional road side parking, guests also enjoy 2 kayaks and a public boat ramp 75m away.

Super chill little Retro Hut, so cute! Independent, self sufficient, private. Double Bed (snug) above the cab and a single bed downstairs. Spring water plumbed in and mains power and heater. Pots and pans etc and board games to play. Super funky toilet block and spacious shower room just a short walk away on lush lawns. Gorgeous rural outlook. Ocean 1min drive away. Akaroa 20mins. No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone.

Orchard Cottage, Diamond Harbour

Orchard Cottage (c1910) is a private, sunny, self -contained guest house in its own colourful garden and a shared orchard which guests are welcome to enjoy. It is close to Diamond Harbour's town centre amenities, and just 10 minutes walk from the Lyttelton ferry. There is good swimming at the nearby beach which is a few minutes down a bush track from the cottage and lots of lovely clifftop walks and other beaches nearby.

With an outlook of native Kanuka and large pines this 3 bedroom home in Purau Valley is perfect for a relaxing holiday, boating, fishing or exploring the area Only 45 min from Christchurch city, on the stunning Banks Peninsula and just 1.5 hours to the popular town of Akaroa. A 5min drive to the ferry to take you to lyttelton for great restaurants or the saturday farmers market. or just hang out with the resident goats.
