As 2 would be sleeping in the front room. In here is a 2 seater Sofa Bed and 2 Accent Chairs and 2 Bar Stools. Beanbags upstairs. There is also only 1 bathroom. If its just a place to get your head down after a busy day then for 6 guests its going to be pretty cosy. You have a GARAGE for FREE PARKING & a private courtyard.

Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path.
